Self Help - Inspiring Quotes - Journal

Over the past six months I have been working pretty diligently on my mental health. With my diagnosis of Multiple Myeloma and the past year of Covid have made life pretty interesting and pretty challenging. I have been living with family and meeting with a therapist once a week for the past 31 weeks.

Part of my self induced therapy is to read Inspiring Quotes every morning and write them down in my journal. After reflecting on the inspiring quote and what life has been like for the past 24 hours, I embark on a journal entry that reflects how I feel, where I have been and where I am headed.

Sometimes you have to re invent yourself with the help of family, friends, therapists, books, articles or whatever you can find to help.
